Automation Providers Limited was incorporated on 3 March 2003 as 30303 Limited. The company name was chanegd to Automation Providers Limited on 28 March 2006.

On 20 January 2009 officers of Companies Investigation Branch were autorised, pursuant to Section 447(3) of the Companies Act 1985, to commence enquires into the affairs of this company.

The investigator was unable to locate the person in control of the company and found it to have been abandoned. As such, little is known with regard to the trading affairs of the company.

Following enquiries carried out by Companies Investigation Branch a petition was present on 4 June 2009 by the Secretary of State for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform for the company to be wound up in the public interest.

On 30 July 2009 a winding up order was made against this company and the Official Receiver was appointed liquidator.

A report to Creditors will be issued by 24 September 2009.
