The company commenced trading shortly thereafter as a support publisher.

The Official Receiver was appointed Provisional Liquidator on 27 November 2009, on the application of the Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills following a submission by Companies Investigation Branch ('CIB') that the company was operating outside the public interest.

The Official Receiver was appointed Liquidator on 27 January 2010 at the hearing of the petition presented by CIB to wind the company up.

The Official Receiver does not intend to collect any outstanding amounts from customers who have been invoiced for placement of advertising. This is due to allegations being present in the petition regarding the company using misleading trading methods, and no information being presented to contradict this assertion.
