| Current Status: | The Company was incorporated on 28 August 2001 and commenced trading in 2003 as a retailer of mobile plans. In 2004 the Company diversified into the Brazilian off-plan property market and also invested in a call centre facility provider. In 2005 the Company divested the mobile plan retailing business to an associated company and ceased trading. The associated company serviced Everplus Limited's existing debt. However, this associated company failed in 2007, so it was unable to continue servicing Everplus Limited's debts. Consequently Everplus Limited failed also. The petitioner was a trade creditor.
Everplus Limited's liabilities exceed £2m.
On 16th April 2008 Mr M H Abdulali of Moore Stephens LLP, 6 Ridge House, Ridge House Drive, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 5TL was appointed as liquidator of the company.
