The Company was incorporated on 03 July 1997 and acts as the corporate officer of a number of other companies.
On 17 November 2008 the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, in pursuance of powers conferred upon him by section 447 of the Companies Act 1985, authorised officers of Companies Investigations Branch to investigate the business of FR Administrators Limited.
On 25 June 2009 the Secretary of State issued a petition to wind the Company up in the public interest. The grounds for winding up the Company are:-
Classic Financial Solutions LLP, to which FR Administrators Limited is connected, has removed funds from the accounts of client companies without authorisation.
Lack of co-operation with the Secretary of State's investigation.
