the Right to Buy market, with agents attending
at council houses throughout the UK and
encouraging residents to sign up to the scheme which
enabled them to purchase their own home.

Fast Track Services Limited was incorporated on
22 April 2004 in the name Fast Track Mortgages & Loans
Ltd , the company initially traded in this style, but
changed to its present style on 3 October 2006.

On 22 August 2007 Fast Track Services Limited
entered into Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, Alan
Tomlinson of Tomlinson's Insolvency Practitioners
was appointed as Liquidator.

On 7 March 2008, the Secretary of State for Business
Enterprise and Regulatory Reform presented a
Winding-Up Petition following an investigation
conducted by Companies Investigation Branch of the
Insolvency Service.

On 24 April 2008, a Winding-Up Order was made. The
Official Receiver at the Public Interest Unit (North) was
appointed as Liquidator.
