Between 1996 and 31 March 2008 the company collected maintenance fees for timeshares on behalf of a third party. On 01 April 2008 the company took over the running of the holiday village at Allt y Graig, Dyserth LL18 6DX.

On 12 June 2008 external investigators were authorised, on behalf of Companies Investigation Branch, pursuant to Section 447(3) of the Companies Act 1985, to commence enquiries into the affairs of the company.

On 21 October 2008 David Emanuel Merton Mond of Hodgsons, Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley WA14 5BZ was appointed as the Administrator.

Following enquiries carried out on behalf of Companies Investigation Branch a petition was presented on 22 April 2009 by the Secretary of State for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform for the company to be wound up in the public interest.

On 30 June 2009 a winding-up order was made against this company and the Official Receiver was appointed liquidator.

A Report to Creditors will be issued by 25 August 2009.
