IAS Trading Limited was incorporated on 26th April 2006.

On 25th February 2009 officers of Companies Investigation Branch were authorised, pursuant to Section 447(3) of the Companies Act 1985, to commence enquiries into the affairs of this company.

By this time, the directors of the company had left the trading premises and have not yet been located. As such, little is known with regard to the trading affairs of the company.

Following enquiries carried out by Companies Investigation Branch a petition was presented on 4th June 2009 by the Secretary of State for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform for the company to be wound up in the public interest.

On 30th July 2009 a winding up order was made against this company and the Official Receiver was appointed liquidator.

A Report to Creditors will be issued by 24th September 2009.
