| Current Status: | The bankruptcy order was made on 23 September 2005, on the petition of HELTFIELD PROPERTIES LTD presented on 8 June 2005 for £ 58,750 in respect of outstanding legal costs.
The bankrupt has been interviewed and states that in 2001 he commenced a legal action against Heltfield Ltd in order to recover 50% of the land of which he claimed ownership. This action was unsuccessful and as a result of not being able to pay legal cost to Heltfield Ltd he has been made bankrupt.
The Official Receiver is calling general meeting of creditors in 2 months time. |
