The company was incorporated on 19 June 2002. It traded as a supplier of till rolls and till maintenance kits.
On 26 February 2009 officers of Companies Investigations Branch of the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills were authorised in accordance with powers conferred upon the Secretary of State under Section 447(3) of the Companies Act to investigate the affairs of the company. The Secretary of State subsequently deemed it expedient in the public interest for the Company to be wound up on the following grounds:
1. The Company traded in a manner which is misleading, contrary to the public interest and that offers no commercial benefit; the company delivered unsolicited goods to other businesses. 2. There is a lack of transparency as to who is in control of the Company and there was a lack of co-operation from the registered director, Carl Rubat-du-Merac. 3. Failure to deliver up adequate company books and records. 4. Failure to comply with statutory requirements. |
