The company was incorporated on 18 April 2001 and traded as a selling agent for a number of foreign 'off plan' property developers.

On 12 January 2009 the company was placed into Administration by order of the Court upon the application of the Company's directors pursuant to paragraph 12(1)(b) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

On 09 March 2009 the appointment of the Administrator ceased to have effect and a winding up order was made against the company pursuant to an application presented by the Administrator under paragraph 79(1) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 03 March 2009 and a petition for the winding up of the company presented on 09 March 2009.

On 05 June 2009 following a first meeting of creditors, Mr I Richardson and Mr N S Wood of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU were appointed joint liquidators of the company. Creditors who have not previously lodged claims with the Official Receiver should contact Grant Thornton UK LLP on 0207 383 5100.
