Office Complete Limited was incorporated on 22 April 2002 as Fastmaster Limited. The company name was changed to Office Complete Limited on 5 July 2005.

On 20 January 2009 officers of Companies Investigation Branch were authorised, pursuant to Section 447(3) of the Companies Act 1985, to commence enquiries into the affairs of this company.

The investigator was unable to locate the person in control of the company and found it to have been abandoned. As such, little is known with regard to the trading affairs of the company.

Following enquires carried out by Companies Investigation Branch a petition was presented on 4 June 2009 by the Secretary of State for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform for the company to be wound up in the public interest.

On 30 July 2009 a winding up order was made against this company and the Official Receiver was appointed liquidator.

A Report to Creditors will be issued by 24 September 2009.
