| Current Status: | On 6 April 2009 a winding up order was made against PY Communications Limited
on the petition of the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise, and Regulatory Reform, on the grounds of the Public Interest following an Investigation into the company by Companies Investigation Branch (CIB).
Upon the making of the winding up order the Official Receiver was appointed as liquidator of the company.
