Per Terram Limited was incorporated on 22 May 2006. The trading activities of the company are unknown at this stage.

On 15 January 2009 officers of Companies Investigation Branch were authorised, pursuant to section 447(3) of the Companies Act 1985, to commence enquiries into the affairs of this company.

Following enquireies carried out by Companies Investigation Branch a petition was presented on 9 July 2009 by the Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills for the company to be wound up in the public interest.

On 11 September 2009, the Official Receiver was appointed Liquidator at the winding up hearing.

A report to creditors will be issued by 6 Novemeber 2009.
