Queensbury was incorporated on 29 January 2004. Its business was the sale of franchise businesses which, in turn, sold various retail products from vending machines at various locations across the UK.

Around January 2007 Queensbury ceased trade and continued trading, in the same method, through a new venture ‘The Richmond Franchise Co’.
