The company was placed into voluntary liquidation on 26 May 2008.

On 24 November 2008 officers of Companies Investigation Branch of the Department of Business, Innovations and skills were authorised under Section 447(3) of the Companies Act 1985 to investigate the affairs of the company. Upon conclusion of these investiagtions the Secretary of State petitioned the court to wind up the company in the public interest. The grounds for the petition were: -

False invoicing.

Breach of a disqulification order / Abuse of limited liability.

Obtaining a small Firms Loan based upon false information.

Insolvency.
