The Freedom SIPP Ltd was the registered administrator of The Freedom SIPP pension scheme.
On 16 October 2009 the Secretary of State appointed Mr D Y Schwarzmann and Mr P Boyden of PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP of Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT as joint liquidators of the company's estate.
