Richmond Franchise was incorporated on 27 June 2006 but did not commence trade until Queensbury Associates (former company) had failed in or around January 2007.

Richmond Franchise and Queensbury Associates had virtually the same business model, the main difference being the range of items available from vending machines at various locations around the UK. (Richmond Franchise sold a variety of confectionaries and drinks whereas Queensbury’s machine sold Pringles).
