purchase one or more home and lifestyle
service units.

On 5 April 2007 the Secretary of
State for Trade and Industry petitioned for
the winding up of the company on
the grounds that it was in
the public interest to do so, following
an investigation carried out by the
Companies Investigation Branch.

On 30 May 2007, the Official Reciever
was appointed as Liquidator.
