On 31 March 2010 a winding up order was made against Willow International Ltd on the petition of the Secretary of State for the department for Business, Innovation and Skills, on the grounds of the public interest. This followed an investigation into the company by Companies Investigation Branch. The Official Receiver is liquidator of the Company.
Winding up orders were also made against Pemberton International Ltd; Eldon International Ltd; Abacus Investment Management (London) Limited and Allied Investment Management Limited.
Prior to this, on 17 December 2009, the Official Receiver was appointed as provisional liquidator of all the Companies.
Customers of the Companies that purchased land should provide the following information in an email or in writing to the Official Receiver at the address below:
1. Your full name, address and contact details;
2. The name of the company you purchased the land from;
3. The site/location of the land/plots that you purchased;
4. The number of plots purchased;
5. The price paid per plot; and
6. Whether or not you have the title deeds for the land you purchased. |
